HOW DOES YOUR ONLINE RETURNS POLICY WORK?
All sales are final after 5 days of receipt. We offer refund or store credit on any unworn merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable. We charge a 5% restocking fee on all returns.

IS EACH PIECE UNIQUE?
Yes. Every Magul piece is handmade, making each one truly unique. Slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, print placement, and stitching are a natural part of the handmade process and reflect the individuality of each creation. These characteristics are not flaws but an integral part of the piece's beauty and value.
Please note that returns based on these natural variations cannot be accepted once the return period has expired. Custom-made and special-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

ARE DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS CHARGES APPLICABLE?
For most destinations, duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout. However, depending on the customs regulations of the destination country, additional import duties, taxes, or border charges may be levied upon delivery. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
